- Our CRM program provides our marketing, merchandising, analytics and real estate teams with a comprehensive view of our customer's shopping behaviors, forms the foundation of our marketing efforts and our Shoe Perks loyalty program ("Shoe Perks") and has been used to support our rebanner strategy.   Our access to customer data allows us to communicate with customers on a segmented basis through owned and paid media channels and to tailor the merchandise mix at the individual store level.
