- Lockhart Power is the only power utility provider for the industrial park; there are no other competitors.   We obtain electric power supply for the site under the Electric Service Agreement.
- Hyperscaler cloud providers, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, offer HPC cloud services and are also expanding their physical data center footprints.
- We have routinely entered into confidentiality and invention disclosure and assignment agreements with our employees and contractors, and non-disclosure agreements with external parties with whom we conduct business to control access to, and use and disclosure of, our proprietary information.   8     Employees   We currently have three employees consisting solely of our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
