From Allarity Therapeutics, Inc.'s Latest SEC 10-K Filing (filed 2026-03-30)
Key Strengths & Strategy (as disclosed to the SEC)
- This randomized, biomarker-driven trial is fully funded by the US Veteran's Administration and was opened for enrollment in January 2026.       1 Table of Contents   Allarity ' s DRP ® Companion Diagnostic Platform   Our patented DRP® platform is a proprietary technology that enables the development of cancer drug-specific companion diagnostics that may be used to identify patients most likely to benefit from a particular cancer therapy.
- Sales of FDA-approved PARP inhibitors were approximately $9.0 billion in 2023 and are forecasted to be over $21.0 billion by 2031.   Despite the commercial success of PARP inhibitors, broader adoption is limited by their high rates of GI and bone marrow/ myelo-toxicity.
- Unblinding the clinical benefit data and then comparing to the "prediction" made using the DRP allows us to assess the utility of DRP for potential patient selection.
- Even after we no longer qualify as an emerging growth company, we may still qualify as a "smaller reporting company," which would allow us to continue to take advantage of many of the same exemptions from disclosure requirements, including presenting only the two most recent fiscal years of audited financial statements and reduced disclosure obligations regarding executive compensation in our periodic reports and proxy statements.
Partnerships
- On March 28, 2022, and concurrent with the entry into the Amended License Agreement with LiPlasome Pharma ApS and Chosa, we entered into the LiPlaCis support agreement with Allarity Europe, Smerud, Chosa and LiPlasome (the "Support Agreement").
- These patents would extend the exclusivity period for stenoparib in combination with DRP®-guided patient selection beyond 2040.   Partnerships and Out-Licensing Leverage the DRP ® Platform for Other Cancer Therapeutics   We have also developed external partnerships and out-licensing arrangements to enable the advance of LiPlaCis® leveraging a platinum-specific DRP® companion diagnostic for development in partnership with Chosa Oncology.
