- We currently intend to focus our search for an initial business combination target in the following key verticals: (i) Electronic Commerce, or Ecommerce, (ii) Financial Technology, or Fintech, (iii) Software as a Service, or SaaS, (iv) Renewable Energy, (v) Mining, and (vi) Information Technology, or IT, and IT-Enabled Services.
Partnerships
- Furthermore, the letter agreement with our sponsor contains a provision pursuant to which our sponsor has agreed to waive its right to be repaid for such loans out of the funds held in the Trust Account in the event that we do not complete an initial business combination.
- None of the funds in the Trust Account will be used to purchase public shares in such transactions.   The purpose of any such transaction could be to (i) increase the likelihood of closing the business combination or (ii) satisfy a closing condition in an agreement with a target that requires us to have a minimum net worth or a certain amount of cash at the closing of our initial business combination, where it appears that such requirement would otherwise not be met.
