Partnerships
- Both companies were contributed to Avalon by AWS and now are wholly owned subsidiaries of Avalon.   In November 2003, TBG, Inc. ("TBG"), a subsidiary of ALGI, entered into a long-term lease agreement with Squaw Creek Country Club to lease and operate its golf course and related facilities.
