Key Strengths & Strategy (as disclosed to the SEC)
- Fat Panda is engaged in the manufacture, distribution and retail sale of e-cigarettes, vape devices and e-liquids and related products through multiple retail locations in the provinces of Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan, Canada, as well as through its online e-commerce site.   Fat Panda, we believe, is central Canada's largest retailer and manufacturer of e-cigarettes, vape devices and e-liquids, with a market share exceeding 50% in the region.
- It also creates a mechanism for FDA approval of drugs derived from the cannabis plant and "protects doctors who may now discuss the harms and benefits of using cannabis and cannabis derivatives." It also requires the Department of Health and Human Services to investigate the medical utility of cannabis and barriers that exist to conducting research and requires the U.S.
