Key Strengths & Strategy (as disclosed to the SEC)
- The conduct of the preclinical tests must comply with federal regulations and requirements including GLPs.   Prior to commencing an initial clinical trial in humans with a product candidate in the U.S., an IND must be submitted to the FDA and the FDA must allow the IND to proceed.
- Our proprietary RedTail platform features an engineered enveloped oncolytic virus designed for systemic delivery and targeting of metastatic sites.
- We maintain agreements with our manufacturers that include confidentiality and intellectual property provisions to protect our proprietary rights related to our product candidates.
- We expect to continue to invest in building proprietary processes that will enable us to be at a competitive advantage when manufacturing product candidates for our clinical programs.
Partnerships
- We have the right to terminate the agreement for any reason upon written notice to university and the agreement will terminate at the end of the Calendar Quarter following the Calendar Quarter during which we provided our notice of termination.     Collaboration Agreement with Personalized Stem Cells, Inc.   On April 9, 2020, we entered into a collaboration and license agreement with Personalized Stem Cells, Inc.
