Key Strengths & Strategy (as disclosed to the SEC)
- We believe that we are organized in conformity with the requirements for qualification as a REIT under the Code and that our current and intended manner of operation will enable us to continue to meet the requirements for qualification and taxation as a REIT for federal income tax purposes.   As a REIT, we generally will not be subject to federal income tax on our REIT taxable income that we distribute to our shareholders.
Partnerships
- The new office space will be shared with a related party and the Company will be reimbursed for the pro-rata share of rentable space that will be occupied by the related party.   Finance Leases   The Home2 Phoenix hotel property is subject to a Government Property Lease Excise Tax ("GPLET") agreement with the City of Phoenix.
