- In concert with this strategy, the Corporation invested approximately $11million in capital expenditures for the year ended December 31, 2025.   During the year, Digi Power X executed a deliberate strategic pivot toward AI-ready, modular data-center infrastructure, anchored by our wholly-owned subsidiary, US Data Centers Inc.
