Partnerships
- In the fourth quarter of 2025, we notified AT&T that we met the minimum data thresholds and have transitioned to a hybrid MNO. ​ In 2020 in connection with the Asset Purchase Agreement, we entered into a master network services agreement with T-Mobile to provide us with wireless network services for a period of seven years (the "Prior MNSA").
- While we have generally been able to reach retransmission consent agreements with most of these local network stations, from time to time there are stations with which we have not been able to reach an agreement, resulting in the removal of their channels primarily from our DISH TV lineup.
