Partnerships
- As of March 31, 2026, in addition to the Prime Broker described above, the Trust on behalf of the Fund had entered into a Master Purchase and Sale Agreement for Digital Assets (the "Master Agreement") with JSCT, LLC ("Jane Street") and a Liquidity Provider Agreement with Virtu Financial Singapore Pte., Ltd. ("Virtu") to allow the Fund to enter into spot purchase or sale transactions in ether on a principal to principal basis.
- The Transfer Agent: (1) facilitates the issuance and redemption of Shares of the Trust; (2) responds to correspondence by Trust shareholders and others relating to its duties; (3) maintains shareholder accounts; and (4) makes periodic reports to the Trust.   THE ETHER CUSTODIAN   The Ether Custodian for the Fund's ether holdings is Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC, and the Trust, on behalf of the Fund, has entered the Custodian Agreement with the Ether Custodian.
