Partnerships
- Only registered brokers-dealers who have entered into an authorized participant agreement with the Trust (each, an "Authorized Participant" and each such agreement, an "Authorized Participant Agreement") may purchase or redeem Baskets, in exchange for Index Futures and Collateral Assets with an aggregate value equal to the net asset value per Share ("NAV") of the Shares being purchased or redeemed.
