- The BioLexa Platform is a proprietary, patented, drug compound platform for the treatment of eczema.
- In the U.S., the FDA regulates such products under the FDCA and the Public Health Services Act and implements related regulations.
- Our policy is to actively seek the broadest intellectual property protection possible for our products, proprietary information and proprietary technology through a combination of contractual arrangements and patents, both in the U.S. and elsewhere in the world.
