- The Horizen Network is decentralized and does not require governmental, financial institution intermediaries or others, including the Foundation, to create, transmit or determine the value of ZEN.
Partnerships
- Because the value of the Shares is correlated with the value of the ZEN held by the Trust, it is important to understand the investment attributes of, and the market for, ZEN.
- If such relief is granted and the Sponsor approves a redemption program, the Shares will be redeemable in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Agreement and the relevant Participant Agreement.
