Key Strengths & Strategy (as disclosed to the SEC)
- Based on these positive results in our Phase 3 trial, we selected VIZZ as our lead product candidate and submitted a New Drug Application ("NDA") to the FDA in August 2024.
- License and Distribution Agreements." In March 2026, we announced the submission of a Marketing Authorization Application ("MAA") to the European Medicines Agency ("EMA") for the review and approval of VIZZ.
- Our sales strategy empowers ECPs to be actively involved in the diagnosis and treatment of presbyopia for the aging population, including a consumer sampling program described in "Consumer Sampling Strategy." Subsequent to FDA approval and commercial launch of VIZZ, we have seen more ECPs begin to prescribe prescription-based eye drops, which will drive more patients requesting prescriptions who otherwise may not have sought appointments with ECPs for other eye conditions.
- A Drug Master File ("DMF") is on file with the FDA for the API.
Partnerships
- We also entered into a distribution agreement with Lunatus Global Medical Supplies (the "Lunatus Distribution Agreement") to sell VIZZ in a nine-country region in the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq (collectively, the "Middle East").
