Partnerships
- Administration Agreement In connection with the Closing, we entered into an administration agreement (the "Prior Administration Agreement") with the Adviser, and on December 31, 2020, concurrent with the execution of the Investment Management Agreement, we entered into the Administration Agreement with the Adviser.
