Partnerships
- Strategic Developments In the third quarter of 2025, we announced a strategic investment partnership with a large institutional investor pursuant to which the partnership will fund the acquisition of up to $500 million of residential transition loans in the near term, with the potential to acquire up to $1.5 billion over time.
