- Because we are able to complete our initial business combination using our cash, debt or equity securities, or a combination of the foregoing, we have the flexibility to use the most efficient combination that will allow us to tailor the consideration to be paid to the target business to fit its needs and desires.

- Over the course of their careers, the members of our management team have developed a broad network of contacts and relationships with private companies, investment bankers, private equity, venture capital and debt investors, high net worth families and their advisors, commercial bankers, attorneys, management consultants, accountants and other transaction intermediaries, as well as corporate sector executives and board members around the world.
- These loans were repaid upon the closing of our IPO out of the offering proceeds not held in the trust account.   In addition, if our sponsor makes any working capital loans, up to $1,500,000 of such loans may be converted into units, at the price of $10.00 per unit at the option of the lender.
