- As a producer and marketer of Hemp-derived products and hemp seed-derived food products, the Company must comply with the FDA regulations applicable to manufacturing and marketing of certain products, including food, dietary supplements, and cosmetics.   As a result of the 2018 Farm Bill, federal law dictates that CBD and THC derived from Hemp is not a controlled substance; however, CBD and THC derived from Hemp may still be considered a controlled substance under applicable state law.
