Partnerships
- Any future retail launch will remain subject to the outcome of the pilot program and receipt of any required regulatory, board, and bank partner approvals.   On March 18, 2026, we entered into a secured borrowing facility with Payward Interactive, Inc. (the "Facility"), providing for aggregate borrowings of up to $25 million during the term of the Facility which matures on March 18, 2027.
