Nexqual (“Nexqual”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at nexqual.com and related services — a social platform for retail investors offering real-time market data, discussion, and analysis tools (the “Service”). This policy applies to that Service.

Remember that anyone you message, and any member of a group you join, can read, save, screenshot, or forward what you send. We cannot control what recipients do with your messages or shared media.

We are able to access message and media content where necessary to operate the Service, investigate reports of abuse, protect the safety of our users, or comply with the law. Do not share highly sensitive information (such as passwords or financial credentials) through messages.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
