- During the first 4 years of the exclusivity period, the FDA may not accept for review an Abbreviated New Drug Application ("ANDA") or a 505(b)(2) NDA submitted by another company for another version of such drug where the applicant does not own or have a legal right of reference to all of the data required for approval.
- Importantly, the patent claims reflect the unique and proprietary dosing regimen of LUPKYNIS that is consistent with the FDA-approved product label.
- Reddy's Laboratories, Inc., DifGen Pharmaceuticals LLC and Sandoz Inc. advising that each company had submitted an Abbreviated New Drug Application ("ANDA") to the FDA seeking authorization to manufacture, use or sell a generic version of LUPKYNIS in the U.S., prior to the expiry of U.S.

Partnerships
