- Pfizer Investment On June 29, 2023, we entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement ("Securities Purchase Agreement") with Pfizer Inc. ("Pfizer"), pursuant to which we, in a private placement transaction, sold to Pfizer 4,690,431 shares of our common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, at a purchase price of $5.33 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $25.0 million ("Pfizer Investment").
- Our CRISPR chRDNA genome-editing technology is designed to address these limitations and enables us to apply armoring strategies to enhance allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy activity against diseases.
- CD19 and BCMA antigens are the targets of several commercially available autologous CAR-T cell therapies, which reduces target risk as we evaluate the safety and efficacy of our allogeneic CAR-T cell therapies in clinical trials. • Pursuing select applications of our technology and indications on our own and through new strategic collaborations.
