Partnerships
- As of March 31, 2026, in addition to the Prime Broker described above, the Trust on behalf of the Fund had entered into a Master Purchase and Sale Agreement for Digital Assets (the "Master Agreement") with JSCT, LLC ("Jane Street") and a Liquidity Provider Agreement with Virtu Financial Singapore Pte., Ltd. ("Virtu Singapore") to allow the Fund to enter into spot purchase or sale transactions in bitcoin on a principal to principal basis.
