- In parallel, in 2025, we appointed Jonathan Mir, with over 25 years of strategic finance and capital markets experience focused on energy infrastructure, as CFO.   Partnering with industry-leading firms.
- We operate in a complex and rapidly evolving regulatory environment and we are subject to a wide range of laws and regulations enacted by federal, state, provincial, and local governments, governmental agencies, and regulatory authorities, including the SEC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC"), the Federal Trade Commission, and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network of the U.S.
- Currently our Infrastructure Assets are deployed to operate ASIC miners, contributing hashrate to Mining Pools under Full Pay Per Share ("FPPS") arrangements, with fees paid daily in Bitcoin.
