- Supply Chain Solutions As of December 31, 2025, we offer approximately 145,000 med-surg products from over 1,300 third-party suppliers, including nearly all leading national brands, through our Supply Chain Solutions segment.

- The NDA Approval Process For any new drug products regulated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act such as our ReadyPrep CHG cloth, a sponsor must submit a New Drug Application ("NDA"), to the FDA for review and approval.
