Partnerships
- In connection with the closing of our merger on February 12, 2026, we entered into a new senior secured loan agreement with affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. providing up to $308.0 million of indebtedness (the "Senior Loan"), and a mezzanine loan agreement with an affiliate of Ascendant Capital Partners LP providing for up to $45.0 million of mezzanine indebtedness (the "Mezzanine Loan").
