Key Strengths & Strategy (as disclosed to the SEC)
- Competition Although we are the only fully vertically integrated antimony mining operation in the United States, we compete with other mineral resource exploration and development companies for financing and for the acquisition of new mineral properties and for equipment and labor related to exploration and development of mineral properties.
- While still procuring antimony ore from foreign suppliers, the Company's operation in Montana is once again vertically integrated with the mining of its own ore in 2025.
- Zeolite Segment Our zeolite segment includes our vertically integrated Bear River Zeolite ("BRZ") facility located in Preston, Idaho that mines, processes, and sells zeolite.
Partnerships
- In November 2025, the Company executed a five-year sales agreement with a new industrial customer for the sale of antimony trioxide.
