Key Strengths & Strategy (as disclosed to the SEC)
- Our plan is to build an integrated platform to encompass the entire rare earth value chain: extraction and separation of rare earth oxides; conversion of oxides into metals, alloys and strip-cast; and production of sintered neodymium-iron-boron ("NdFeB") permanent magnets.
- The Colorado Facility serves as the technical engine driving our proprietary extraction and separation technology platform, which is the foundational intellectual property underpinning our entire processing approach.
- Intellectual Property We have applied for a U.S. patent in connection with our proprietary methods for metal extraction.
- Generally, we rely on a combination of trade secret protection, non-disclosure and licensing agreements, patents and trademarks to establish and protect our proprietary intellectual property rights.
