- Drug Development Process In the United States, the FDA regulates drugs and biologic products under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), its implementing regulations, and other laws including, in the case of biologics, the Public Health Service Act.
- Biologics require the submission of a Biologics License Application (BLA) to the FDA and approval of the BLA by the FDA before marketing in the United States.
- Protect and expand our intellectual property portfolio We seek to protect our proprietary XmAb technologies and XmAb drug candidates by filing and prosecuting patents in the United States and other jurisdictions.
