- Intellectual Property Our commercial success depends, in part, on our ability to obtain and maintain proprietary protection for our know-how and innovation pertaining to our commercial products and product candidates as well as our core technologies; to operate without infringing, misappropriating, or otherwise violating the proprietary rights of others; and to prevent others from infringing, misappropriating, or otherwise violating our proprietary rights.
- We seek to protect our proprietary information, in part, by executing confidentiality agreements with our partners, collaborators, scientific advisors, employees, consultants, and other third parties.
- These confidentiality agreements are designed to protect our proprietary information and generally include clauses requiring assignment of inventions to us to grant us ownership of technologies that are developed through our relationship with the respective counterparty.

Partnerships
