Partnerships
- Under the agreement with the Custodian, the Trustee, the Sponsor and their Physical Gold auditors, identified representatives, and independent public accountants may visit the premises of the Custodian for the purpose of examining the Trust's gold and certain related records maintained by the Custodian.
- The Sponsor Fee accrues daily based on the prior Business Day's Net Asset Value and is payable in cash from the Trust Property or the sale of gold in accordance with the Trust Agreement.
