Partnerships
- To become an Authorized Participant, a person must enter into an Authorized Participant Agreement with the Sponsor and the Trustee ("Authorized Participant Agreement").
- Under the agreement with the Custodian, the Trustee, the Sponsor and the Sponsor's auditors and inspectors may visit the premises of the Custodian for the purpose of examining the Trust's gold and certain related records maintained by the Custodian.   The Trustee intends to regularly communicate with the Sponsor in connection with the administration of the Trust.
