Partnerships
- Our History AIIG was founded in 2006 as an insurance holding company by our Chief Executive Officer, Robert Ritchie, in partnership with our Chairman, David Clark, to capitalize on the Florida homeowners insurance market dislocation following the 2004 and 2005 hurricane seasons. 10 Sowell & Co. capitalized us with an aggregate of $10.3 million in equity investments in 2006 and 2007, which remains the only equity investment that has been made into the business prior to the IPO in May 2025.
