Partnerships
- The Sponsor entered into the Support Services Agreement with the Sub-Adviser and pays the Sub-Adviser out of the unitary fee it receives from the Trust.   The Trust does not directly pay the Sub-Adviser.   the trustee   CSC Delaware Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, acts as the trustee of the Trust for the purpose of creating a Delaware statutory trust in accordance with the DSTA.
