- In December 2024, we submitted a New Drug Application ("NDA") to the United States Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") seeking approval to market relacorilant as a treatment for patients with endogenous hypercortisolism.
- The FDA may also place other conditions on approvals including the requirement for a Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy ("REMS"), to assure the safe use of the product.
- We are developing our proprietary, selective cortisol modulator, relacorilant, as a treatment for patients with hypercortisolism.
- We are testing the potential of our proprietary, selective cortisol modulator, nenocorilant to treat cancer by reducing cortisol-activated immune suppression and thereby help the patient's immune system reduce or eradicate tumors while they receive immunotherapy.
Partnerships
