- At the Special Meeting, our shareholders also approved other related matters that would allow us to convert to a registered closed-end investment company under the 1940 Act and thereby complete the CLO Strategic Transformation.
- The composition and relative mix of our hedging instruments may vary from period to period given the overall market environment and our view as to which instruments best enable us to execute our credit hedging goals. 9 Foreign Currency Hedging To the extent we hold instruments denominated in currencies other than U.S. dollars, we may enter into transactions to offset the potential adverse effects of changes in currency exchange rates.
