Key Strengths & Strategy (as disclosed to the SEC)
- This UPREIT structure enables us to comply with certain complex requirements under the federal tax rules and regulations applicable to REITs, and to acquire properties in transactions that defer some or all of the sellers' tax consequences.
- We operate the majority of our RV communities under the "Sun Outdoors" brand, which we believe supports our competitive advantage in the outdoor market.
