- Our average unit volume ("AUV", as defined herein) was $1.1 million in 2023 and $1.0 million in 2024.   Quality of Food and Excellence in Customer Service.   We place a premium on serving high-quality, authentic Japanese cuisine.
- In addition to the strategies stated above, we expect to initiate sales of franchises in 2024.   Increase Profitability .   We have invested in our infrastructure and personnel, which we believe positions us to continue to scale our business operations.
- We have developed a remote management system whereby our senior operations team is able to monitor restaurants in real-time from our headquarters using approximately eight cameras installed in each restaurant.
