- ET on a Constituent Platform in the XRP/USD pair that is reported and disseminated by a Constituent Platform through its publicly available Application Programming Interface ("API") and observed by the Index Administrator.
Partnerships
- As of the date of this report, in addition to the Prime Broker described above, the Trust on behalf of the Fund has entered into a Master Purchase and Sale Agreement for Digital Assets (the "Master Agreement") with Jane Street and a Liquidity Provider Agreement with Virtu Financial Singapore Pte., Ltd. ("Virtu") to allow the Fund to enter into spot purchase or sale transactions in XRP on a principal to principal basis.
- The Shares have been designed to remove obstacles associated with the complexities and operational burdens involved in a direct investment in XRP by providing an investment with a value that reflects the price of the XRP owned by the Fund at such time, less the Fund's expenses.
